Our Contract

If you place an order online to purchase a product from GT Technologies Ltd we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase product(s) which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not delivered to you do not form part of that contract.

Prices

All prices on this website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within three working days of our receiving your order (if in stock), but most orders will dispatch within 24 hours. A freight charge of NZ$5.00 will apply on orders less that NZ$100.00, otherwise your order will be freight free (New Zealand delivery only). Any freight charges will appear on your order at the time of purchase.

Delivery is usually by New Zealand Couriers, Mainfreight, Poste Haste Couriers or New Zealand Post. GT Technologies Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by either the post or the courier. If your goods fail to arrive, please contact us via our 'Contact Us' page and we will endeavour to track your order and advise you of its whereabouts within 48 hours.

Refunds

If your order arrives in a damaged state, you can opt to receive a refund or a replacement. If you choose a refund we will refund the value of the goods, plus any freight paid by you. If a replacement product is required it will be sent to you at no extra charge.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
